The Service

Plinko Legends is an entertainment experience featuring interactive live elimination-style game rounds. Viewers may be invited to enter a round through an announced YouTube Live Chat command, such as PLAY.

Participation is currently free. No purchase is necessary to watch or participate in the standard live game.

By using Plinko Legends through YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

No Gambling, Prizes, or Guaranteed Results

Plinko Legends is not gambling, wagering, a lottery, or a financial investment. Standard participation does not involve placing a wager, and game outcomes do not create a right to cash, a prize, or any item of value unless we clearly announce separate written rules for a specific promotion.

Game outcomes are determined by the game’s software and physics-based gameplay. Entry, advancement, placement, visibility, or a particular result is not guaranteed.

Participation Rules

By participating, you agree to:

  • Follow YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and live-chat rules;

  • Use only your own YouTube account;

  • Avoid spam, repeated entry attempts, abusive language, impersonation, manipulation, or attempts to interfere with the game;

  • Understand that duplicate, late, filtered, or technically unavailable chat messages may not be processed; and

  • Accept that we may limit, reject, remove, or delay entries to maintain a fair, safe, and functional experience.

We may use non-viewer or demonstration entrants to help maintain the flow of a round when needed.

Display of Public Information

By voluntarily entering through public live chat, you understand that your public YouTube display name or handle and your in-game result may be shown during the live broadcast, in live-chat replay, or in an archived recording.

Availability and Changes

Live rounds, entry commands, game rules, featured options, and website features may change, pause, or end at any time. We are not responsible for technical interruptions, YouTube moderation or filtering, connectivity problems, unavailable streams, or entries that are not received by our system.

Intellectual Property

The Plinko Legends name, branding, website content, game presentation, and original visual materials are owned by Plinko Legends or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit them without written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Plinko Legends is provided for entertainment purposes and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the website or live game.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Plinko Legends develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
