  • Public YouTube Live Chat information needed to operate the game, including your public display name or handle, your public game-entry message, message ID, and in-game participation or result.

  • Process voluntary live-chat entries and prevent duplicate or abusive entries;

YouTube Live Chat Information

When you voluntarily enter a Plinko Legends YouTube Live game by sending the announced entry command in live chat, our internal game application reads the public chat message and public display name needed to process your entry.

We use this information only to operate the live game. We do not sell YouTube user data, share it for advertising, manipulate YouTube engagement, upload or alter YouTube videos, or redistribute YouTube content.

Your public handle and in-game results may be displayed during the live broadcast or in an archived recording. YouTube independently controls its platform, live-chat replay, and its own retention of information under its policies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, email, or technical systems, and when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating a live session, maintaining limited operational records, resolving issues, and meeting legal obligations.

YouTube API Services and Data Deletion

Plinko Legends uses YouTube API Services to read public live-chat activity during active Plinko Legends broadcasts. By participating through YouTube Live Chat, users are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The application may temporarily process a participant’s public YouTube display name or handle, public entry message, message ID, timestamp, and associated in-game participation status. This information is used to process entries, prevent duplicates, operate the game, and address technical or moderation issues.

YouTube API data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and for no longer than 30 calendar days unless it is refreshed or retention is otherwise permitted by YouTube’s policies. Gameplay results are generated independently by Plinko Legends and are not metrics provided by YouTube.

Users may request deletion of YouTube API data controlled by Plinko Legends by contacting support@plinkolegends.com. Verified deletion requests will be completed as soon as reasonably possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting information held by Plinko Legends does not delete information maintained independently by YouTube, including live-chat messages or archived chat replay.

Your Choices

You may choose not to participate in a live game or not to submit information through our website. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, contact us at support@plinkolegends.com. We may need information to verify your request.

Children’s Privacy

Plinko Legends is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will review the request. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ use of online services and live-chat features.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Plinko Legends develops. The “Last updated” date will show when changes were made.
